This picture was taken from the Parking lot of the People’s Park Complex in Chinatown. The striking pastel colour is not uncommon for a Housing Development Board building. The view of these HDB balconies, the potted plants, trying laundry and decorations gives a snapshot of everyday life in Singapore.
